My name is Spiros Makris and I am a builder on the island of Corfu. I live in the North West area of the island with my family. I have a small building company which has an excellent reputation for the restoration of traditional Greek houses and also the construction of new houses. I have many years experience in the building industry and I work closely with customers to ensure quality workmanship. I speak fluent English and can provide a first class service of renovating your property.

A complete schedule can be drawn up for all building work. Reports can be emailed to you on a regular basis. Photographs can be emailed to you so you can watch your work progressing. Strict budget control will be maintained.

Site visits can be carried out either before or after purchase to advise on renovation costs. A small fee is made for this service which is deducted from any charges made for work carried out at a later date.
